Easy Jet No Bake Cookies


Horse Daily shared back in 2009 a simple horse treat recipe that doesn't involve baking. They give credit to the American Quarter Horse Hall of American Fame and Museum for this one. As a nice treat, American Horse Daily says that you can have some of this tasty horse treat yourself!

This recipe is for everyone who has ever tried a bite of their horses trreats. You know...the irresistable smell of molasses...some oats...and convenient. Try making these easy cookies for you and your horse!


What you will need...

Ingredients:


½ cup peanut butter or sun butter (for peanut allergies) 

¾ cup powdered sugar 

¾ cup milk 

1 cup quick or old fashioned uncooked oats 

¾ cup unsweetened puffed wheat or granola 

¼ apple chips crunched into small pieces


What you will do...

Step 1

Measure out ingredients into a large bowl.

Combine peanut butter, sugar and milk, mixing well.

Stir in oats and remaining ingredients.


Step 4

Drop rounded teaspoonfuls onto wax paper. Let stand until firm.
